GO BY THE CODE TO SUCCEED AND BE HAPPY



Respect is our duty to show a HIGH regard for ourselves, OTHERS and the resources entrusted to us.
An environment of respect engenders trust, confidence and performance excellence by fostering mutual cooperation.
Honesty is our duty to understand the truth and act in a truthful manner both in our communications and in our conduct.

One must:
Avoid engaging in behaviours people might consider disrespectful.
Listen to other's point of view seeking to understand them.
Approach directly those persons with whom we have a conflict or disagreement.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner, even when it is not reciprocated.
Avoid gossip and avoid making negative remarks to undermine another person's reputation.
Confront others who engage in these types of behaviors.
Negociate in good faith.
Not act in a abusive manner toward others.
Demonstrate transparency in our decision-making process.
Make opportunities equally available to qualified candidates.
Earnestly seek to understand the truth.
Be truthful in communications and in the conduct.
Provide accurate information in a TIMELY manner.
Take the appropriate steps to ensure that the information we are basing our decisions upon or providing to others is accurate, reliable and timely.
Have the courage to share bad news.
Avoid burying information or shifting blame to others.
Make commitments and promises, implied or explicit in good faith.
Strive to create an environment in which others feel safe to tell the truth.
Not engage in or condone behavior that is designed to deceive others, including but not limited to, making misleading or false statements, stating half-truths, providing information out of context or withouding information that if known would render our statements as misleading or imcomplete.
Develop credibility by providing complete and accurate information.

These are such great values that besides being applied in great corporations through PMI studies, should as well be applied in our own personal lives, bringing up a great power of negociation, by communicating accurately with truth and honesty.
Develop credibility is not only good inside a corporate picture, but also within our families, our communities, within each relationship we may hold throughout our entire life...
