TPM: How may I help you about this incident?
Customer: I'd like an update on it such as how long is it going to take in order to be completed?!?!?!?!! I've put in this RFC about 2 weeks ago with HIGH priority and yet have not seen this done.......
I'd like this to be taken care right now!!! I need to SPEAK with the assigned analyst now!!!
TPM: Checking his availability, please hold...

TPM: He's not available at the moment, I'll have to set a call back. Is there a number where you prefer to be reached at?
Customer: Jesus Christ!!!!! This is not the first time I have to accept a call back! Besides that, I NEVER get the calls back!!! You gotta be fxxxing kidding me!!!!!

HELLOOOOOOO?!?!?!?!?! You gotta treat your customer gooooood in order to keep a nice interaction... otherwise the customer gets mad... you risk loosing your customer to other companies which may not have better services than your own but at least will give the proper attention to the customer... Get the picture?!?!?!
